Registration fee:

Before March 1, 2010: U.S. $60.00

After February 28, 2010 and on site: U.S. $70.00

Banquet fee: The banquet consists of a selection of Canadian Modern Cuisine and local products.

Before March 1, 2010 (preferred):  U.S. $45.00

After February 28, 2010 and on site: U.S. $50.00

NOTE: Presenters should send the papers to the Chairs/Commentators of their sessions by April 1, 2010.
